Todd has over 30 years of experience as a tax practitioner and is a Senior Partner at Quantum Business Law.
Todd is well known across Canada as an educator in the tax community.
He has lectured extensively to thousands of accountants and lawyers to groups including the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the BC CPA Association.
Todd has also authored numerous articles on Canadian Taxation.
In addition to Todd’s duties as Partner, he directs a team of lawyers, accountants and tax consultants who provide corporate reorganization strategies to business owners.
These strategies include, but are not limited to, Estate Freezes, Butterfly Transactions, Trusts and Estate Planning.
Todd personally provides ongoing tax advice to accounting firms and business owners.
He is also directly involved in tax dispute resolution.

He also provides succession planning services for small business owners, including estate freezes and the creation of family trusts.
Jonathan helps organize new businesses, represents clients during business purchases and sales and helps navigate private equity and financing transactions. He also provides succession planning services for business owners, including estate freezes, the creation of family trusts and the drafting of Wills.
Jonathan also reviews and drafts contracts for his clients, including shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements and website terms and privacy policies.
