Front-Desk Receptionist Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Front-Desk Receptionist is responsible for overseeing our front desk, coordinate a variety of office tasks and act as the first point of contact for clients.
· Manage the reception email address and operate our telephone systems by answering, screening, and referring inquiries to appropriate sources.
· Assist in the schedule appointments, meetings and update internal office calendars.
. Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast faced environment
· Organize, prepare, and separate incoming and ongoing mail, coordinating deliveries with couriers.
· Maintain and update the company’s directory, manage office supplies and internal filing systems.
· Maintain tidiness throughout the day in the reception area, conference rooms and kitchen, including unloading dishwasher.
· Assist with company events and special projects as needed.
· Perform other related duties when needed and as assigned by the management.
· Must be proficient using computer software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Teams and others.
· Must possess excellent communication abilities, written and verbal skills.
· Have a strong business etiquette, attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, organizational and time management skills.
· Strong ability to work well both independently and in a team-based environment, under time constraints and supervision.
· Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
· Assist to prepare and send invoices to clients and account receivable
· Assist with project documentation including typing, editing, compiling, and formatting various reports, proposals, memos, and other correspondence
· Other general administrative duties assigned by management

Responsibilities :-
Assisting high net worth clients & successful business owners with advanced tax planning initiatives.
Execute advanced tax planning initiatives such as estate Freezes, family trusts & butterfly strategies
Manage and review income tax compliance processes
Assist with planning and implementation of corporate acquisition and reorganizations.
Planning and directing all aspects of the organizations tax compliance program.
Identifying and implementing strategies to minimize the organizations tax liability.
Follow up of audit recommendations to ensure appropriate corrective action has been taken to resolve identified deficiencies.
There will be a requirement to perform analytical tasks & be part of a prestigious team of leading tax planners.
Qualifications :-
· The Ideal candidate will be a Tax Lawyer or CPA with experience in advanced Tax planning concepts.
· Bachelor’s degree required, CA or CPA designation
· Minimum of 7-10 years of advanced tax experience
· Experience in working with high-net-worth families and individuals is an assets.
· Completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Program, an asset but not required
